While researching the transformation of existing structures, in part of a graduate studio project. I was lead to the Sweets Hotel located in Amsterdam. A series of bridge houses, that once housed keepers that kept watch on the movements within the water.
The houses have since been transformed as hotels, a new form of watch. With a process of mapping, this collage explores a story of one them.
